UP school closed news today: The recent upsurge within the number of COVID-19 cases across the country has compelled various state governments to shut down their schools and other educational institutions once more . Earlier, the Uttar Pradesh government had decided to pack up all schools up to class 8 till March 31, 2021. However, now as per a , the closure of the faculties has been extended till April 4, 2021 for all students up to class 8.

As per a PTI report, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued the fresh directives on the extension of the closure of the faculties during a review meeting at his 5-Kalidas Marg residence.

Incidentally, schools and other educational institutions everywhere the country were closed since March last year when the COVID-19 pandemic struck. the scholars then shifted to online mode of education.

After the COVID-19 situation appeared to be on top of things within the country, several state governments decided to reopen the faculties and other educational institutions. CBSE has also announced the date sheets for the board exams to be held offline for the category 10 and sophistication 12 board exam candidates.

However, the recent rise within the number of COVID-19 cases across the country has led to the extension of the closure for schools in Uttar Pradesh .

An official spokesperson also said that in Uttar Pradesh to make sure the security of the scholars for higher classes, it’s been ordered to follow the COVID-19 protocol.

On Tuesday, March 30, 2021, ten more COVID-19 fatalities were reported from the state of Uttar Pradesh that pushed the price to eight ,800. Again, with 918 new cases, the figures of COVID-19 infected rose to six ,15,996.

The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister has instructed the officials to intensify testing. He also stated that special focus should tend on adulthood homes, orphanages, residential schools and other such places.
