New Delhi: The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, will open the annual “Udyanotsav” of Rashtrapati Bhavan today.
The Mughal Gardens will continue to be open for the traditional public from February 13, 2021 to March 21, 2021 (except on Mondays which are maintenance days) between one thousand hrs to 1700 hrs.
As precautionary measures, walk-in entry will now not be reachable this year. Visitors will be allowed to see the Gardens entirely via extend on line booking. Booking can be made on

Seven pre-booked hourly slots will be handy between a thousand hrs and 1700 hrs. Last entry will be at 1600 hrs. Each slot can accommodate a most of one hundred persons. During the tour, traffic has to comply with COVID protocols such as carrying of mask, preserving social distance etc. They will have to endure thermal screening at entry point. People susceptible to the COVID-19 are discouraged for the tour.
Entry and exit for all website visitors will be from Gate No. 35 of the President’s Estate, shut to the vicinity North Avenue meets Rashtrapati Bhavan for “Udyanotsav”.
Visitors are requested for “Udyanotsav” no longer to deliver any water bottles, briefcases, handbags/ladies’ purses, cameras, radios/transistors, boxes, umbrellas, eatables etc. Arrangements of hand sanitizers, water, toilets, first useful resource / medical facility are furnished at a range of areas alongside the public route.
Apart from the annual opening of Mughal Gardens, human beings can go to Rashtrapati Bhavan and Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum as properly as witness the Change of Guard Ceremony.
