Amid surge in novel coronavirus cases within the capital , Delhi government on Monday said that one-third of its Covid-19 vaccination centres altogether Delhi Government hospitals are going to be operational for twenty-four hours from tomorrow.
The decision comes after Delhi recorded 4,033 coronavirus cases on Sunday, the very best daily count this year, while the positivity rate rose to 4.64 per cent from 4.48 per cent each day ago, consistent with the department.

He also urged for the prime minister to lift the age criterion for vaccination and making it available for beat the capital .
In his letter, CM Kejriwal also wrote that if the conditions for opening new vaccination centres are relaxed and vaccination is opened for all, then Delhi government are going to be ready to vaccinate all citizens of Delhi within 3 months.
“Corona’s growing broadcast across the country has presented a replacement concern and challenge. we’ll need to move the vaccination campaign sooner ,” he said in his letter to the prime minister.
Earlier, Kejriwal lauded the Centre’s decision to introduce Covid-19 vaccination for people above 45 years of age in April .
He urged the central government to get rid of the provision to vaccinate only those above the age of 45 and started a massive vaccination campaign for all age groups.
